Some web sites actually show interest rates on their website. The rates shown may not be the rate you eventually obtain. You expected a lower rate!

It is important for you to have a face-to-face appointment with your mortgage provider. You will eventually need to sign an application form and other loan documents. These documents should be properly explained to you at time of signing. 

That is why we choose not to display interest rates on our website.
